Since my 1st post, I have been
researching on the interests of music from the current generation. And I have
come up with a result based on my studies, the boys of our generation prefer
music artists or bands that are considered hot if I may say so. For example,
Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, Girl’s Generation and even Miley Cyrus. As for the
girls, Malaysia’s own dream man is none other than Justin Bieber, The Wanted, 1
Direction, and Big Bang. Aside from the music difference, the K-Pop culture has
taken over our Malaysian society. Just to remind you, my posts aren’t a meaning
of condemning but rather to show you and remind you that the old songs in the 1st
few chapters in the book of all songs ever made, should not be forgotten even throughout
the next few generations.
Let me start of by introducing a few artists and bands you as a fan of the current music probably might never hear of.

Frank Sinatra songs : Under my skin, My way, Fly me
to the Moon.

Stevie Wonder, became blind shortly
after birth had become one of the music icons in the late 20’s. His songs: I
just called to say I love you, Isn’t she lovely, you are the sunshine of my
life Happy Birthday.
I agree with the Justin Bieber part :) Amazing singer and song writer. but anyways, I have a few questions. How would it affect the current generation as also to the future youth if the old songs remained playing in clubs, radios and being popularly talked and listened to?
ReplyDeleteWell, basically, clubs wouldn't do well if their crowd are youngsters who love the current generation's music like dubstep and trance. But In radios, yes. The affects that would take place will probably be as followed. Old songs wont fade for a few more generations and more choices of music will be in place for the people to choose from.
